You could think that having a huge dedicated playroom would mean that we could contain the toys and the kids’ mess to one room at the side of the house, but alas, it usually creeps out into the living areas — sometimes in a big way, and sometimes in a very pedantic way.

One toy for every square... And something strange is happening to the three teddies and the babydoll hanging upside-down from the baskets.

Admittedly, making this sort of mess keeps the girls happily occupied for a long time, and it doesn’t take nearly as long to clean up — especially with dinner as the reward.
