Doing a puzzle with visitors is a fun way of sharing time together and talking. For this visit, Renée brought a lovely picture of a Tuareg face wrapped in the traditional blue cloth. Everyone was able to contribute to the puzzle’s completion, and we were elated when we finished it!

After conquering the edge, the brown face and sandy background were easy. When we started working on the blue turban, I sorted the pieces according to their shapes so we could piece the puzzle together using a methodical process of elimination.

We finished it on Thursday night!

We had a lovely time getting to know Amanda. She is one of those special people who can elicit conversation from the most taciturn person while sharing meaningful experiences from her own life. She bubbles over with love for God and weaves Biblical wisdom into all conversations.
