“Other people” (those other bad mothers to whom I like to compare myself) try not to go shopping with their children, but I see it as an extra outing for them. Every time I take the girls somewhere, when we get home, they are refreshed and find their toys new and exciting again. So I like to take them with me when I have to get groceries — it makes my job easier in the long run.

Lately we’ve been taking the toy shopping trolley and pram with us when we go out. It gives the girls something to focus on, and they can safely run around the shop without getting into mischief.

A lady at an op shop had given the girls each a sticker (for being so cute!) and Aisha appropriated Brioni's sticker sometime when I wasn't watching.
