David spent the morning with us so he could join Brioni in the pool for her swimming lesson. The classes are very well coordinated, and most of the other parents in the water are used to the routines and can tune in to the instructor’s voice, so it’s a bit disconcerting when you participate for the first time. David and I agreed that it’s like joining a synchronised swimming troupe where everyone else knows the movements and timing, and you’re left floundering a couple of steps behind.

Aisha's swimming continues to improve. Today she had her favourite teacher — Miss Dee — who supervised her lessons all last year.

The girls like having David watch their lessons and participate in their days — one of the blessings of working for yourself and setting your own agenda!
