Painting with Manou

The girls have been looking forward to doing various craft activities with Manou, and painting has been mentioned again and again. I winced each time I heard them say it because I knew I didn’t have any paint. However, I should have known that Manou would know how to quickly and easily make paint for the girls to use!
Once the paint was mixed up, the girls loved the opportunity to paint with brushes AND their hands.
Calista liked experimenting with a brush to make short lines.
Aisha created an elaborate landscape painting.
Getting your hands dirty with paint is all part of the fun!
Later, the older girls added pictures, leaves and sand to their paintings to make under-the-sea collages.
Aisha's picture shows a scuba diver looking at fish and an octopus.
Brioni's collage featured rocks and shells on the sea floor.
